They know how online purchasing works… and are very comfortable using their smart devices to buy products and services online.
According to recent data, they make 60% of their online purchases thru their phones; while 40% are made thru desktops…
And just in the US, they spend an average of $600 billion… With that number expected to double in the next few years.
